I absolutely love Los Feliz—its walkability, the range of great local businesses, and especially having Griffith Park in our backyard. Yet I feel there are things that could make it even better: safer streets, better walking and biking infrastructure, more accessible recreation opportunities, and more housing options.
For two years I’ve served on the LFNC Transportation & Mobility Committee, learning the ropes and voting to support safer streets initiatives. I bike all over the neighborhood, run and play sports in Griffith Park, and ride the Metro downtown for work—so I see firsthand what’s working and where we need improvements. And with my career experience related to city planning and transportation, I believe I understand how to push effectively for meaningful change.
If elected, I’ll keep advocating for a safer, healthier, and more sustainable neighborhood and policies that work for our (wonderful!) community. I’d be honored to serve and represent my fellow District C residents on these and other pressing neighborhood issues. Check out www.thomasforlosfeliz.com.
