As a proud Los Feliz resident, I would be honored to represent our great community. I am running, in short, to bring City Hall closer to the people it represents. I have worked at the local, state, and federal levels, including the House and Senate, drafting policy on behalf of American workers, while building unlikely bipartisan coalitions to support seemingly impossible legislative goals. This advocacy led to a groundbreaking congressional hearing on our nation’s $919 billion dollar creative economy, a local jobs machine, of which Los Feliz is very familiar, being home to countless creative businesses and fellow arts workers. As your representative, I will bring my tireless work ethic to our council: I am running to increase affordable housing; protect tenants; improve our sidewalks; reduce noise pollution; improve public areas; incentivize small business growth; build a robust creative economy; and strategize on actionable solutions for sustainability.
