As a Los Feliz resident for 30 years, I value it's unique village qualities. As a council member I would work to not only maintain it's character but also build and enhance its community spirit. I am the paid Secretary for the WCKNC, so I know the NC process. Neighborhood Councils are a valuable asset to communities and an effective way to change what needs to be changed.
