Caitlin Bruner

My name is Caitlin Bruner, and I’m thrilled to apply to represent District B (“Los Feliz Square”) on the Los Feliz Neighborhood Council. As a long-time resident and renter, I am dedicated to enriching the neighborhood we call home.
I bring a strong foundation in progressive politics as an active member of the Democratic Socialists of America and through extensive experience with impactful non-profits, including Sundance and the Hollywood Climate Summit. In my career as a passionate film producer, I am committed to bringing jobs and local productions back to our city. These roles have taught me the importance of collaboration, creative problem-solving, and fostering meaningful community connections - skills I’m eager to bring to the council.

I envision a Los Feliz that thrives on inclusivity, safety, and sustainability. I’m committed to championing initiatives that bring neighbors together through in-person events, promote thoughtful and environmentally conscious development, expand affordable housing, and protect and enhance our green spaces. As a long-time renter, I understand the challenges our community faces, and I will advocate for solutions that are practical, fair, and rooted in kindness.

Los Feliz is a neighborhood rich in culture, diversity, and creativity, and I am committed to amplifying what makes it so special. As your representative, I promise to listen to all voices, foster transparency, and work tirelessly for our shared vision. When you see me working at a local coffee shop or taking a stroll to enjoy our beautiful streets, I hope you’ll stop and share your ideas on how we can make Los Feliz an even better place to live.
