AMANDA BLIDE

My name is Amanda Blide, and I’d be honored to have your vote to be reelected as the District C Rep. I’m a proud progressive with a record of getting things done, who believes that all neighbors deserve a voice. I’ve lived/worked in Los Feliz since 2009, have been active with the LFNC since 2017 & joined the board in 2020. I currently serve on the Homelessness, Public Health & Safety, Outreach, & Cultural Affairs committees. I am also the council’s Secretary. I’ve coordinated school supply & hygiene kit drives for our unhoused neighbors, and produced several local events, including the Film & Focus series at Los Feliz 3 & the Holiday Market & Tree Lighting. I volunteer weekly with SELAH Neighborhood Homeless Coalition and Peace Over Violence. If re-elected, I will continue to advocate for the homeless, fight for affordable housing and rent control, amplify our small businesses, support the expansion of public transportation and bike lanes, and protect our environment.
